Nearly missed the bus

Not me - Dot!

No, I caught the buses on time today, to find Fi cheered by the mention of "Home", but frustrated with the indecision. Typical doctors - they may know they are going home at the weekend, but it seems impossible for them to let patients know in advance. Saturday, Sunday, even Tuesday, seem current possibilities. But we're not certain where home will be then! We should know tomorrow.

Dot hadn't posted the picture of the bus at Salterhebble lock on her blog, so she emailed it to me, and here it is. If I was on the bus, I would have been on the bit out of shot! But I wasn't on that one - because it's going towards Halifax, whereas I would have been on the one going towards Huddersfield.

Salterhebble Guillotine Lock and half a bus

Onward to Walsden tomorrow. Hurrah!
