Believe it or not

Where does time go on the canals?

It is amazing to think that we have been Continuous Cruisers for over a year new - where has the year gone?

Time has a strange quality when you move at about 3 mph on water, watching the countryside, towns and cities go by. The back door of England - the best way to see it we think!

Our "progress map" from Water Explorerprogress map

This shows all the waterways we have visited on Epiphany, including the Kennet and Avon down to Bristol, before we began our CCing. We started our continuous cruising from Pewsey at the end of August 2008 and are now on the Calder and Hebble Navigation.

The continual cruiser is supposed to make "continual progress" along the Inland Waterways of England (and Wales) and I think the map shows we do!
